I have lived here for 10 years and its terrible now and thats due to the new property manager Ms Vicky I have mold in my apartment right now because my garbage disposal is broke and after 6 months she has yet to send someone to fix it She has a bad a I have lived here for 10 years and its terrible now and thats due to the new property manager Ms Vicky I have mold in my apartment right now because my garbage disposal is broke and after 6 months she has yet to send someone to fix it She has a bad attitude and even when you contact Herman Kittle they dont respond Maitenance are all weed heads and hang out by the pool and smoke They close when they feel like it When my lease is up Im done I have been living in mold and roaches with broken toilets since she got here more ... hide ...

New apartment had a few dings in it like my rooms door wont shut and had hoped off the hinges Out tile is cracked My tub leaks But the staff are great comunity is great and friendly I have been here 3 months now and am enjoying it a lot
