It was very cold last night and they have 3 little kids . he went to Home Depot buy a small heater just keep the room warm a little bit the rest of the apartment is very cold all over. The apartment technician guy came over he turn on the electric breaker after three minute he left from apartment. The breaker went off and down again every two minut breaker go off. We are a humble requesting you to keep this family kids warm in this cold weather. Again since three weeks they have no AC and no heat . It has technical or electrical issue.
