The leasing agency's representative, Adrian, is very impolite and will treat you disrespectfully, even when she is in the wrong. The professionalism of the leasing office really needs an upgrade. Furthermore, it is difficult to contact someone from the corporate office to submit a complaint, as the given number is bogus and belongs to a person named Christina David. There is no visitor parking inside the complex, leaving you to park in the street, where there are NO PARKING signs, thus risking a parking ticket. Residents are unable to park inside if their car isn't registered in their name, and they cannot be issued a parking sticker. Although it's understandable, visitors should still be able to park in designated spots so that they can reach their home safely.
