Save your money. They will charge you for repairs that you didnt cause. Even if the apartment itself is falling apart, and you submit a maintence request, they will try to charge for these repairs!It is not worth the trouble . She refused to schedule a move out inspection and charged charged me 1000 worth of so called damages and repairs.
