They only offer services that they want us to have, not the most economical ones. I have worked in shipping for over three decades and am aware of both UPS and USPS regulations and fees. These people have no understanding in this area. I have attempted to explain what service I would like, but they still argue with me. For example, one young man insisted I had to send a package by 2nd day air to San Angelo when it could have been sent via UPS ground in two days at a much lower cost. We tried mailing an envelope to the IRS today, but they declared that all IRS addresses are the same and that they didn't understand how to mail it so that we could receive a confirmation of delivery. Our employee even said the words "the green card," but they still charged her $23.00. Therefore, we will no longer be using this store. It is a shame that a great store has gone so terribly wrong. The only reason I gave them one star is because the website wouldn't let me post without rating them. more ... hide ...
