Hello my name is **first*name**hidden** my husband039s and two of our children are looking for a new place to call home we actually have two other children that we039re getting custody of hopefully before the school year starts but their ages to a 11 Hello my name is **first*name**hidden** my husband039s and two of our children are looking for a new place to call home we actually have two other children that we039re getting custody of hopefully before the school year starts but their ages to a 11 and 13 the ones that are moving with us right now are two and eight I do have a service animal registered neutered shots the whole nine yards with her we recently got our section 8 voucher and we live at the Ellington apartments we039ve lived here for over a year we have good referrals or references I mean and my caseworker actually just gave me this wink where I found this house at because it039s been rather hard to find people that accept section 8 even though they039re supposed to I think that this is a much better avenue the house is really pretty and it looks like something that would be perfect for us we039re looking to establish roots for semi longterm rather than apartments year to year Our section 8 is for a two bedroom or larger and it is up to 800 a month and with our voucher the landlord gets a 1200 bonus they receive 100 extra every month for a year for allowing us to reside there and I don039t know if all section 8 vouchers say that if any damage were to be done that they cover all repairs and fix the home after leaving if need be I personally feel like that039s reassuring and aside from our voucher we do make close to what the requirements are anyways the last person I spoke to about renting their house asked about that and we only allowed to make so much income and we do stay on that fine line because we don039t want to lose our housing that we039ve taken 6 years to get So hopefully I get a message back to you and this is still really available again it looks like a really nice home and something that I could see our family flourishing in Thank you more ... hide ...
