To get one private spot, we had to wait for well over a year. They also let big commercial vehicles that people use for work take up free parking spots. They have a huge problem with unattended children treating the parking lot like a playground, and dont bother to tell the parents to watch their kids. There are constantly childrens toys dumped everywhere in the complex and unattended 3 year olds walking around. When I called them to tell them there were kids running in front of moving cars, they told me there was nothing they could do about it unless I tracked down what apartment they were coming from.
