I have dealt with a few members from the CAC for this situation and have not had any issues until today 1 October 2020 I called and was transferred to the department that assists you with paying utilities I spoke with a woman named Mary they have two I have dealt with a few members from the CAC for this situation and have not had any issues until today 1 October 2020 I called and was transferred to the department that assists you with paying utilities I spoke with a woman named Mary they have two in this department I am unsure on which Mary it was Mary had an attitude and her customer service skills are lacking tremendously She was difficult to speak with and she seemed as if she could be doing something better with her precious time I am now on a hunt to find her supervisor to see if they also treat customers the same Her attitude and lack of compassion is unacceptable From reading other reviews it seems like certain individuals need better customer service training more ... hide ...
