The previous tenants broke our mailbox and we were told it was going to be fixed before we moved in as well as some other maintenance issues but nothing was ever done about any of these issues. We have contacted the office, maintenance and even the property owner and they either dont answer or keep pushing it off. We have had to continuously drive to the post office due to us not having a mailbox. The property has also not been well kept lately. The dumpsters pile up and the grass was almost as tall as my 1 year old. Very disappointed because I really thought this was going to be a good property.
