Tenae (apologies for any misspelling) was extremely helpful during move-in day and very kind. Our home is exactly what we wanted with no issues like hot water or anything else. There is an in-window air conditioning unit with an auto setting feature that works similarly to a standard AC unit and turns on according to your preferred temperature. Many reviews are harsh and people need to realize they are living in an apartment so it's inevitable you will hear your neighbors at times; of course if there is excessive noise or arguments a noise complaint should be filed. Renting a house can cost around $1200+ per month so this "apartment rate" has become commonplace nowadays. When we moved in, our place was clean with a new toilet seat which we appreciated; our pup loves it here too, especially the dog park!
