Nice pool, nice location so its easy to take nice walks around the area, rent is definitely reasonable priced. The things we dont like however are the following: although its no smoking, people still do, and the smell creeps into our apartment ruining our carpet and making our apartment smell awful; next we went without a maintenance man for about three months, now that we have one, our issues about our dishwasher and washing machine have still not been resolved. more ... hide ... They have really cleaned up the place and they are still working hard on improving... so far everything is looking on the upside and i have lived here 7 months.. Due to a series of unfortunate events i was forced to move here and was totally against the idea of it just based on the history and hear say of selmer town houses and i can honestly say i do not regret it .. more ... hide ...
