Its kind of like someone driving through a stop sign and then being told by police well, I cant do anything about that. Dont bother trying to reach management with any issues, as they do not care. Dont bother renting here, either. If you do, youll see for yourself, and then youll be out $830 for early term, plus your security deposit.
