Landlord Tammy shares your private information with other tenants which is incredibly unprofessional and they'll give you a violation for any reason. Since most people have been living there a long time, it's their word against yours! Maintenance attempted to tell me that rubber or lint coming from the water was normal when it wasn't; when I moved in, the walls even had minor dents and holes from previous renters. Smoking isn't allowed but older people do it without getting called out or violations unlike me; favoritism at its finest. That neighbor on one end of unit 19 always looks down on me and says sly comments but I can't respond or else I'll get a violation too! They just want rent paid on time so be careful if moving here - stay away from unit 19 because you won't last long there at all; furthermore they don't even want visitors over like family or friends either - while this place may seem nice, the nosy neighbours and constant harassment makes it trashy - choose wisely as this place should really be called Hidden Lies due to all their lies!
