It has gone through a remarkable makeover since the new property management company took over! When you first arrive, you are greeted at the gated entrance with stunning flower pots and hammocks. There is also a large pavilion, an amazing resort-style pool, and an on-site dog park. The interior of the homes have all been updated with new carpets and wood flooring throughout the first floor. Plus each unit comes equipped with a full size washer and dryer! What really made this experience special though were Madison's exemplary customer service skills! From when I walked in to when I left she treated me like I was her only customer that day - listening intently to my needs, providing thorough explanations about everything, making me feel like part of their community already. She even followed up afterwards too! For anyone looking for gorgeous outdoor spaces plus modernized living quarters - especially dog owners - look no further as you won't be disappointed here; especially if Madison is there to greet you! more ... hide ...

I have been living t in the River Bluff Community for almost two years It has been a wonderful experience I heard different things about the history of the apartments but have nothing but good things to say reference the buildings and facilities Co I have been living t in the River Bluff Community for almost two years It has been a wonderful experience I heard different things about the history of the apartments but have nothing but good things to say reference the buildings and facilities Continuing improvements to the buildings is ongoing I have only had a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved quickly great crew Jordan Sarah and Natalie are very professional and are a dedicated to the residents great to work with I will be leaving soon moving to another city and hope to find another complex that cares for their tenants the way the River Bluff staff does thank you more ... hide ...
