	KENDALL RIDGE APARTMENT HOMES (3.6/5) (866) 981 - 3938 302 26TH AVENUE W, BRADENTON, FL 34205 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted utilities included: water, sewer, trash pickup 909 sq.ft. � built 2002 (approx.) parking type unknown parking in front of entrance yes parking near public building [i.e Stephanie Scaglione (3.7/5) I think the good rating in here are fake or paid. Would give negative stars if I could. My apartment is literally infested with bugs. And am writing this review solely to warn people to stay away. They are so dirty they turn his feet black. Roaches oh the roaches are everywhere. Ive sadly become used to seeing them. Theyve even infested my items in my home from electronics and my sons pack and play. I could go on but I think thats more then enough. Even though corporate had been involved it is not resolved.I want to be very clear. Ive lived in weekly rentals. Ive lived in efficiencies and ALL of those were better maintained and never have I seen a pest issue like the one in my apartment. & Im prolly putting a target on back by still living here and posting this but the truth is the truth and I wanted to warn others about this. Im literally scared to move into a new place as I feel everything I have has been infested by this apartment. Photos below.I feel truly bad for anyone moving into this place as others stated nothing gets resolved. Nothing is safe about my apartment. And nothing would have gotten done if I hadnt went to the corporate people. However still my apartment is a disgusting mess. Due to how hard it is to find a place I still havent moved out but I am writing this review to avoid others getting trapped here. Only thing is that maintenance works hard to upkeep this mess.
