Ive lived in Eastgate since 2005 I wouldnt move anywhere else NO UTILITIES in EASTGATE APTSnAnytime anything goes wrong maintance is right on it They have to because its Sec 8HUDnThe best Sec 8 apt complex around Nice APTS

Me and my family have been living here since around 2019 It was alright until we started having issues with our toilet The maintence came and it took them almost a MONTH to fix it Another issue that has been continuing to happen is our fridge It has Me and my family have been living here since around 2019 It was alright until we started having issues with our toilet The maintence came and it took them almost a MONTH to fix it Another issue that has been continuing to happen is our fridge It has been leaking water all over ever since our first month of living here and they havent done anything to fix it One major issue is early in the summer of 2021 we had a literal MOUSE crawling behind our couch We could hear it chewing through a plastic bag squeking and everything The only thing that maintence did was give us traps Luckily we got rid of it but still We shouldnt have to be worrying about these kinds of things especially with me and my sister being kids If we could move we would but we cant afford to so this is the best well be able to get more ... hide ...

My sister Mary lou has lived at those apartments for 9 years and has been broken into twice She spoke with Sheila and corporate and they refuse to help in anyway The drug abuse is way out of control here She is currently looking to move
