I despise these apartments! Not only have they neglected the outside, but they just recently closed the gates again! They don't monitor the gates, which means anybody can still get in. They don't monitor the gates, which means anybody can still get in. They leave notices on your door several days after creating them. Then they don't show up on the date they provided. To top it off, this morning they entered my boyfriend's home without his knowledge to fix the fridge, an issue he reported to them a week ago. There was no warning or notification that they were coming in and no indication that they had been there. I'm fed up with this back and forth. The office continually switches managers, but nothing changes. They're incredibly unprofessional and only tell you what needs to be said. They say there's a supposed "no pet" policy, yet almost everyone here has a dog! I've seen more dogs than cats! My boyfriend even visited the office to renew the lease and he said a woman came in with two of her own dogs! This place is worse than Midlothian village; it's like another set of projects and they treat it as such! more ... hide ...
