Apartment for easy to navigate but the numbers on the door need to be more visible from the roadway it would be really great if there was a map that showed the different letter building so you know which way to go

My mom has lived here for 10 years Like any complex there are pros and cons but on the whole she is quite satisfied She lives in the Section 8 area and the rent is most definitely based on INCOME not CREDIT It is calculated using Federal standards u My mom has lived here for 10 years Like any complex there are pros and cons but on the whole she is quite satisfied She lives in the Section 8 area and the rent is most definitely based on INCOME not CREDIT It is calculated using Federal standards using a standard form required for subsidized housing not at the discretion of the staff or owner of the complex Mom has not had her credit pulled even once Additionally they have ZERO control on whether or not the CITY paves the CITY roads running through the complex They staff are very courteous and friendly and other than a minor understanding that we had moms time at both Valley Garden and Oxford has been great Dont let the negative reviews sway you more ... hide ...
