My experience here at Eastland place apartments has been awful Where do I beginI went almost the entire summer with out air conditioning I have two children under the age of 8 They had to suffer because the person first sent out to fix it said it wa My experience here at Eastland place apartments has been awful Where do I beginI went almost the entire summer with out air conditioning I have two children under the age of 8 They had to suffer because the person first sent out to fix it said it was fixed but he didnt actually fix ithe put a part in and it still didnt work The heating and cooling guy couldnt figure out how to fix it I literally had 3 different people try to come in and fix it before the problem was dissolved I made several attempts to contact the office manager over christmas because the heat was not working They say they have an emergency line for maintenance but no one answers the emergency line I have had several problems with the apartment manager I made several attempts to contact her boss about all the problems that I have had and they have never once responded back or have taken the time to actually look into my concerns Its almost like living in a concentration camp with all the outlandish rules put on the residents that move in I do not recommend this place for anyone more ... hide ...
