At that time, she was number three on the list. The following year, when we returned, she had dropped to number eighty and we were told she would have to wait even longer. Over the course of the ensuing five years, I called and visited the office multiple times, but the answer was always the same - nothing was available yet. On April 27th of this year, I was finally able to get in touch with someone from the office, and they informed me that my mother's application had been cancelled four years ago! This was never once mentioned to me, despite my many calls and visits. I strongly believe this place is a scam, and I will be taking the matter to a higher level. Everyone should be aware and make sure to document all conversations with this place, or else they will continue to do as they please. more ... hide ...
