My worst living experience ever. I'd advise no one to stay at this place. The walls were painted over to cover up the 10+ years of smoking inside the apartment, yet the smell of tobacco was still coming through the paint. The walls were painted over to cover up the 10+ years of smoking inside the apartment, yet the smell of tobacco was still coming through the paint. Additionally, there were rats in the HVAC system, a huge amount of mold and mildew, and my family had serious allergies because of all that. Our neighbours were noisy and drank until the early hours of the morning, not allowing our two kids to sleep. The locks were not key-operated, instead we had to scan them, and they usually weren't working. Oftentimes this happened after hours, so we had to call maintenance and leave a voicemail. On several occasions, we had to climb up to our balcony and leave the door unlocked, so we could get in. Sometimes the door wouldn't lock when we left, which made us have to leave our place unprotected. Maintenance would come in without warning, and once my wife was in the shower and came out to find somebody from maintenance in our house. It's a frightening place to live in. If you look up Dominium, the people who manage this property, you'll understand who you're dealing with. Don't be fooled by the glamorous office and friendly personnel. Once you're in and they have your contract, it's a terrible place to be. The hardships we experienced in this place will never, ever be forgotten. My family and I have been living in Waterview Apts., Hendersonville, for four years. Initially, the property manager was decent; however, the following one had no grasp of her job. She fired a proficient and friendly maintenance man to hire her broth My family and I have been living in Waterview Apts., Hendersonville, for four years. Initially, the property manager was decent; however, the following one had no grasp of her job. She fired a proficient and friendly maintenance man to hire her brother-in-law who was completely unqualified - a huge mistake! The place became neglected with trash everywhere making it unpleasant to be there. Our prayers were answered when Ms. Samantha, Ms. Bailey and T.J. took over! On the day before officially starting her position, I saw Samantha picking up garbage around the dumpster on Sunday - an indication of dedication! Although I haven't interacted with Bailey much, she has always seemed nice and cheerful whenever we meet. TJ does an excellent job as Maintenance man - he is both professional and courteous in his work. Out of all three new workers, Samantha has made the most impact here at Waterview Apts.; since her arrival, it has been nothing but improvement! For example she installed video cameras by the dumpster which has already proven fruitful in curbing undesirable activities therein; which is why we are taking this survey to show our appreciation for their effort here at Hendersonville!
