While we lived there, an unauthorized tenant illegally discharged a firearm in his mothers unit! No action was taken by mgmt. It is also located adjacent to Jose Ave Park. The park seems ok, but its NOT. Prostitution by very young girls, lots of drugs/dealing/use, and gang activity. Yeah, I really want my kids around there. No. We got out as soon as we could.
