It is also close to DMV, the waterfront, plenty of restaurants, and a work net. Additionally, there is a farmers' market in the vicinity every year and a CNA training school (although the tuition is pricey). There were a few restaurants while I was living there, including a Filipino restaurant next to a Chinese bakery, both of which were excellent. The downside is the roaches, but pesticidal spraying takes place every few months. Despite this, I was grateful for my 4.5 years there since I could not have afforded or qualified for other pest-free and better lodgings. Furthermore, the staff and my neighbors were very kind. It was an enjoyable experience and I met a lot of good people. However, one must be vigilant because of the druggies and crazies that tend to loiter and even sneak into the building. Not a place to raise your kids They have roaches bad and bed bugs Plus maintenance takes about two months to fix anything and also a lot of homeless activity I personally think they need to knock that whole building down

There are homeless people in the area but the building needs a key to get in so its ok to live in The management are friendly as well as my neighbors
