I've been living in Charlotte Harbor town for eighteen months and there hasn't been any problems. My residence is a townhouse at the back, and it's mostly been calm. Even though this doesn't impact me significantly as I tend to remain inside my apartment, generally speaking I am content here and don't envision relocating anytime soon. more ... hide ...

Management has a lack of professionalism and fails to show respect for the residents. It is as if they are ignoring the fact that they too will grow old one day.

Living near the harbor is a blessing, however it doesn't make up for having to deal with a faulty refrigerator since 2013. Requesting maintenance more than once to replace the freezer piece that was causing the leak was met with no success; when I as Living near the harbor is a blessing, however it doesn't make up for having to deal with a faulty refrigerator since 2013. This lack of effort on behalf of maintenance has been quite frustrating, as I'm constantly having to empty large bowls full of water. If this issue is not resolved soon, I may have no other option but to move elsewhere. more ... hide ...

I definitely suggest not moving here. This has been the worst complex I've ever had the misfortune of living in. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. In my four years here, my unit's bath tub leaked constantly, and maintenance was complet I definitely suggest not moving here. In my four years here, my unit's bath tub leaked constantly, and maintenance was completely inept. There's video footage of this leak, which looks like a full-blown rainstorm inside! Even after the two months since I moved out, they still haven't returned my security deposit - there was no damage done to the unit that would've required any attention (I even have proof!). And forget about talking to Lisa on the phone; she knows nothing at all! My security deposit is literally getting "the run around". If you can avoid it do - they prefer spending money on redecorating their office rather than putting it towards fixing up units or laundry rooms (which don't even work half of the time). more ... hide ...
