This was my most horrible experience with housing . The neighbor would let there kids stomp run throw balls ride scooters up stairs in the balcony never any peace as well as yelling and screaming threw the walls . If yoThis was my most horrible experience with housing . The neighbor would let there kids stomp run throw balls ride scooters up stairs in the balcony never any peace as well as yelling and screaming threw the walls . If you have your blinds open they stand in your windows and WATCH YOU like something out of a horror movie . They also just walk into your house (didnt happen to me but it happened to another neighbor moving in) . The paint was so thick in my apartment you would have to pry open the cabinets. The maintenance guy is absolutely amazing very kind and informative. The office however very difficult to get ahold of would leave messages never received a call back they even had a package in the office for over a month !!! Didnt call me till they were about to send it back to the post office I never got packages delivered to the office so I never thought \"hm I should go look in the office for my VERY IMPORTANT package\" the manager states she was standing right there when her assistant called me and left a message but that is not true I never once received a call . On top of that the washers and dryers are ALWAYS broken which would leave 1-2 washers for 150 people the parking sucked . And there is one speed bump you cannot avoid and if you have a car like I do it messes up the hole bottom of your car . Rent was to high for a place like this . The office is always closed so good luck trying to talk to some one . They changed my locks before my 30 days was up I was in a car accident and had a horrible way of transportation but still no call no communication which is what somewhere professional and nice would do . Went to finish cleaning my apartment and found out they changed the locks because I didnt turn in my keys but threw away at LEAST 200$ worth of ALL my cleaning supplies. Oh and the way she made it sound was that I should be happy that I \"broke even with my deposit\" no Im not happy by any means !!!!! You should have called me to have a conversation if you planned on changing the locks I wanted MY HARD ERNED MONEY BACK!! I will not give this place a 5 star rating because well frankly they do not deserve it . The ONLY person I would give a 5 star rating to would definitely be the maintenance guys .more ...hide ...
