Maintained to a high standard, the building is constantly kept spotless and the personnel, from management to custodial staff to securiMy grandmother spent more than two decades residing in Miramar Towers and today my mother continues to live there. Maintained to a high standard, the building is constantly kept spotless and the personnel, from management to custodial staff to security, are like an extended family. There have been many improvements made to the units, with new kitchen appliances, bathroom fittings and windows all part of the upgrades. Additionally, the parking lot has been enlarged and a garden and walkway created at the back of the building, offering the senior residents a green space to relish. There are also plenty of activities and services available to benefit the inhabitants. Inspections are carried out routinely to ensure every unit is orderly, tidy and inhabitable. These procedures and regulations had a huge impact during the pandemic, as the tenants observed the regulations closely and there was no Covid outbreak in the building, a blessing especially because the residents are all in the vulnerable category. My family and mother are most grateful to Miramar Towers' team and management for creating a secure, friendly, accommodating and immaculate environment for the senior citizens. Our Miramar Towers apartment is clean inside and out and has a great view There is a walking course in the backyard which is very helpful for our seniors health And each room has a lot of storage and a large balcony so its very convenient for living
