A nice place to live love the draper area very family friendly and peaceful got a basketball court and pool the matienence guy admir is very friendly and helpful always making sure everything works office manager is nice too

THIS IS THE BIGGEST JOKE OF A PLACE TO LIVE I moved out a few months into my leasing contract due to some issues with the roommate I had Number 1 they were very rude and even though I was not the main lease holder they would not let me end my half of THIS IS THE BIGGEST JOKE OF A PLACE TO LIVE I moved out a few months into my leasing contract due to some issues with the roommate I had Number 1 they were very rude and even though I was not the main lease holder they would not let me end my half of the lease They would not let me get a new roommate for her nor fight for my rights in living there They made me payout almost 4000 for who knows what reason They took my key away even though I had access to the apartment still After many threats I gave up This place will not treat you or your money right and the new management is absolutely horrible Im normally not the type of person to write a review but I recommend staying far away from this place Not only to mention theres lots of crime and they do not do anything about it we have police or ambulances and fire department there at least once a week This place is horrible and the manager Barbara is ridiculous more ... hide ...

This is a wonderful place to live Maintenance is fast friendly and awesome I never have to wait long for a request to be done and the maintenance man always says hello how are you doing every time I see him
