My husband James male turned 65 this year and I **first*name**hidden** female am 59 years old but we are both in good health We have a female indoor only cat Bella who is 2 years old and extremely well trained and well behaved and a pet Cockatiel named Cricket who is about 15 years old and does not come out of his cage We are both Veterans and are received our HUDVash voucher The voucher is usable anywhere in Orange County California but had different rent limits based on the city
We have a car so a garage would be a plus but I also use the OCTA buses
My husband is not working at the moment but I am still working at the same job I started working for in Jan 2000 as a Temp I was hired fulltime in May 2000 by J amp H Copy Service and am still employed there 20 years later PreCovid I was working 40 hours a week in office but now am working about 20 hours a week remote at a coworker039s house I cannot work from home at home right now as we are currently living in a studio and since I work with medical records and have to be HIPAA compliant there has to be a door between me and anyone else in the house which is why we are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment We have been supplementing with Unemployment but the Stimulus which was paying the rent at our current address is no longer being provided Since we also have Calfresh food stamps for food my income alone will cover the rent while my husband looks for a job
My husband and I have lived at the same address since October 2010 and have had no problem paying the rent We deposit the rent directly into the landlord039s business savings account My husband has not had a credit card since 2000 and I have never had one we either pay cash or use prepaid Debit cards for online purchases and bill payments so we do not have a credit score

The Managers made it a living nightmare for my roommate and me to move in. I have never gone through such a horrible experience with management elsewhere. On the day we were supposed to move in, they falsely informed us that a unit was ready for us. We arrived with all our belongings ready to move in, only to be told that nothing was ready. This establishment is far from satisfactory. I have had mold in my apartment for months, there are air bubbles in the hardwood flooring, and they made us clean the unit ourselves when we eventually got it. I have asked them to fix many things, and only a few minor issues have been resolved. The sliding door in the unit is damaged, which causes the heating/cooling costs to shoot up. They re-roofed our building without any prior warning, and I was yelled at to move my car to make way for the truck. There are bugs coming in through the unfixed holes, and several small animals running around in the walls and ceilings. In summary, I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. It is a disgrace to the apartment complex community.more ...hide ...
