Well kept Manager is one of the nicest people that you could ever meet They stay on top of issues Grounds very well kept Apartments are also For a college town hard to find quite no partys no crime Owners are pet lovers also another hard to find apa Well kept Manager is one of the nicest people that you could ever meet They stay on top of issues Grounds very well kept Apartments are also For a college town hard to find quite no partys no crime Owners are pet lovers also another hard to find apartment complex that allows pets Small playground for children One to three bedrooms priced fair Laundromat nice and clean for the one and two bedrooms no washer and dryer hookups Im not a fan of apartments but these are close as u get to a house Been here 4 years never had a single problem more ... hide ...

The apartments are kept up very well One of the nicest complexes in the area Good management I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone

Not a very nice apartment complex the managers there have 2 buses full of there stuff and a chicken house in the field behind the complexes and when they first were there they had there dog just walking around freely Note it was a big dog and slightl Not a very nice apartment complex the managers there have 2 buses full of there stuff and a chicken house in the field behind the complexes and when they first were there they had there dog just walking around freely Note it was a big dog and slightly aggressive but they chained the dog to there buses of which me and a friend did not know this and were chased and barked at when we got to close it didnt hurt anyone it was all bark no bite but that still is no excuse for leaving it roaming around and not leaving warning signs Lots of cigarette smokers of which leave cigarette buds all over the street and there is a near by cow farm so it smells and the sound of the cows being milked wakes you up at night more ... hide ...
