CANYON VIEW APARTMENTS

We spent 7.5 years living at Canyon View Apartments. We went from a young couple to pet parents, to being married, and finally having two beautiful babies. We have a ton of fond memories here. Lynette, the property manager, has been nothing but kind, We spent 7.5 years living at Canyon View Apartments. We went from a young couple to pet parents, to being married, and finally having two beautiful babies. We have a ton of fond memories here. Lynette, the property manager, has been nothing but kind, helpful, and understanding throughout. Every interaction we've had has been professional yet so friendly - we feel we have made a friend. The property is functioning well due to Lynette's hard work. Maintenance issues were always sorted out swiftly and thoroughly. Glen is friendly and knows a lot about various topics; if he wasn't sure, he would take the time to learn. The grounds are in great condition and our kids loved the playground; there were plenty of other children to play with. The pool was sparkling clean and we always looked forward to summer. We are grateful that the apartments are pet-friendly; there are multiple doggy clean-up stations with plenty of bags. Clean up after your pets and keep them on a leash. Such a wonderful place to live Ive been here about 2 months and was nervous to move into an apartment For the last 12 years Ive lived in houses or a twin home that did not have neighbors so close I was worried about noise and smoking and weve hardly Such a wonderful place to live Ive been here about 2 months and was nervous to move into an apartment For the last 12 years Ive lived in houses or a twin home that did not have neighbors so close I was worried about noise and smoking and weve hardly had a problem with eithernnSure you can hear your neighbors a little but the apartments are soundproofed well so its not bad at all Mostly just if someone is running or something heavy gets dropped and if you use a white noise machine you wont even notice much of thatnnIn general the apartments are quiet well kept clean cars go slow through the parking lot it feels safe and management is vigilant to keep things in such good shape and both managementand maintenanceare very friendly The neighbors are very kind as well Ive really appreciated and continue to appreciate our time at Canyon View Apartments more ... hide ...
