We didn't discover the BLACK MOLD that covered a spot above where you would place washer and dryer until a few months after we moved in, since they just painted over it. Instead of replacing the A/C unit as necessary, they kept claiming it was nothing and only had to change the air filters continually. Staff members have an aggressive demeanor; doors and windows are not sealed properly which leads to bugs coming in. Although Wellington looks great on the outside, after living there for an entire year I wouldn't recommend this place. more ... hide ...

Living where I do is tranquil and the nearby parks are stunning. The staff, both at work and socially, are always congenial and efficient. The staff, both at work and socially, are always congenial and efficient. Even though I prefer the ocean, the pool is attractive; however, I don't use it much. One issue that has been present is garbage strewn around by either kids or raccoons (it's a wooded area), but it gets taken care of promptly by the amazing maintenance crew. It's a pleasure to open up my windows and just take in the afternoon air sometimes. more ... hide ...
