I was living there. The management doesnt care about you living situation and your civil rights are be violated. They will over charge you to pocket the leftover money or where it seem like it for examples( my carpet is I was living there. They will over charge you to pocket the leftover money or where it seem like it for examples( my carpet is 10 years old and they charged to replace about $500 when there is a law about wear and tear. And they also charge me to move to another unit but didnt charge someone else for the same thing. They also like to use other people to set you up and has everyone scared if you report them to the uper management for elderly abuse. They also like to write you up falsely when you stand up for yourself or what is right for everyone. I know that I may have had a bad experience but I am writing this review to help others so they dont get abuse by the management there. It not about my frustration. This flat has a long history of neglect by its owners. The stairs are so badly damaged that chunks of cement have come off and there are gaping holes in them. People who have lived here have complained of bug and rodent infestations, and the property manager is known to be intimidating and threatening. She has even gone so far as to tell a resident she would have her children taken away. They also have a record of double charging and sending debt to collections without notification. Management never gave me security deposit back cause of them telling me there was normal wear and tear and I know for a fact I clean the apartment before I left cause the house keeper helped me move boxes and she also gManagement never gave me security deposit back cause of them telling me there was normal wear and tear and I know for a fact I clean the apartment before I left cause the house keeper helped me move boxes and she also gave them too me and she even stated that I was one of many that cleaned there unit before they went and management also stated I couldnt receive my deposit cause of me being on section 8 which is complete lies thats exactly why I need the phone number too corporate or there management that supervises them so that I can get a different opinion on it I know I deserve my money back management moved people inside my unit right after I left so I know wasnt anything wrong with my unit at all move date was in february in the people move in right away cause of management removing me so fast I literally had to move out so that they could get those people in long story short the manager Tracy Ross is very rude and mean also money hungry she makes up things and trys to get me to pay money that doesnt need to be paid I believe its for her own personal gain and also she didnt allow me to keep my things in storage unit the whole time I was allowed so that my things could be sold there is more but Ill definitely be here for days with this review so Im leaving this for now columbine apartment needs a new manager besides Tracy Ross no one likes her at all and goes thru the same things as I if not worst but are to afraid to speak up or doesnt know who to speak with so thats why nothing happens and she remains the manager but because of her Columbine continues to be doomed other than that Alice Long is a Perfect manager for columbine i think she should be a manager at the apartment complex she does a miraculous job i love her beautiful soul she belongs to her duties she awesomemore ...hide ...
