The laundry room is shut down in one building for over a year still the same rent no discount for inconvenience very hard for seniors to drag laundry to another building

But in person, it was a different experience altogether. For 3 days now, I have been trying to get a residential application for an elderly individual. On my first visit, I arrived 30 minutes before 4 pm closing time but the front door said "meeting in progress" so after waiting outside for half an hour, I left. On my second visit at 3:45 pm, the door was closed so again I had to leave without getting what I wanted. On the third day at 3:50 pm once again when I reached there, the door was shut; this time when no one answered despite knocking on it several times ,I called from outside and heard someone with a Hispanic accent on phone but she lacked welcoming attitude of that 1st woman whom had talked to earlier .I told her about my purpose of coming there which she acknowledged but refused saying its closed already even though it was just 3:53pm .When i pointed out that they close at 4pm only ,she reiterated that their opening timing is 8 am next day .With this realization of being ignored earlier despite arriving prior to closing time due to her refusal ,I left at 3:56pm feeling disappointed with their terrible customer service! more ... hide ...
