I have been living in this apartment complex for about 4 years, and the rent has been gradually increasing with no improvements to the property. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they enjoy having kids running around playing on their doors, throwing trash on their cars, and harassing elderly people as they walk by. The apartment complex is not worth what they are charging, and they are constantly sending out notices that they need to come in for inspections. When they actually do inspections, they don't even check the fire alarms. One month they were sending a notice to my building that they came in at least once a week, which is unnecessary and disruptive. They are unorganized and lazy, and some of the new maintenance men are sketchy. To be honest, it is the people living here who are letting their kids run around wild without taking responsibility that are causing problems. Anybody could live here; this place used to be nice but it has gone downhill due to the lack of respect from the residents. I can't wait to move! more ... hide ...
