2020-03-17T00:59:37ZThe office staff is no help I had a recertification and the girl doing my papers tells me to fill out papers gets on her cell phone Luckily I know English but I told my neighbor and I was told thats the way its done now The office will only see yo The office staff is no help I had a recertification and the girl doing my papers tells me to fill out papers gets on her cell phone Luckily I know English but I told my neighbor and I was told thats the way its done now The office will only see you with an appointment for any changes You call the office to ask simple questions and your lucky if the girl in the back or coordinator answer but if the new girl answers shes rude The only ones that help with forms is the coordinator and the guy that left Something has to be done This office is out of control I have lived here for a couple of years its getting worse Residents are scared to say anything Buildings need security Now the office is closed on Friday afternoons so they can sit at their desk and do nothing cause phones are off too So no service for us Now we are in an emergency state more ...
