The cockroaches are awful, even though we took precautions to keep them away. We hadn't had any prior to moving in. This place is overrun with them. I won't even start to talk about the bag of methamphetamine my child discovered in the car park, the other drug related items found outdoors, the air conditioning not working, the expensive utility bills, the $22/month garbage collection fee, the people living in the forest on the property, the cases of unsupervised small children, the entrance door that slashed the back of my leg from corrosion, and many more. This was by far the least safe and clean place I have ever lived. I don't comprehend how they passed HUD inspections like this.
