By low I mean under $55 a month and thats using about 1,150 gallons. Water company is Minol and to us they are a total ripoff but that has nothing to do with the excellent apartments. Area is also pretty quiet which is a plus. The gym is also very nice with some really high-tech equipment and weights.Overall, awesome place to live and great space for the money. more ... hide ...
