It€™s disgusting. Several maintenance issues that we€™re never fixed. We live on the first floor and it was raining hard one night and our side door was flooding from all around the frame of the door. We called maintenance, they told us to put towels down and that they can€™t and won€™t fix it. So if you want to live with roaches in all of the cabinets and a living room prone to flooding give this place a try. Also, as you can see we contacted management with these issue but they don€™t fix them so their reply to this is not trustworthy.more ...hide ...

I recently visited her for the first time. WOW, what a WONDERFUL and BEAUTIFUL place to live! The quiet property with the nice walk ways and majestic oaks add so much serenity! My mother absolutely loves living here and she is so happy! She feels like this is her forever home. The apartments are beautiful, the building is IMMACULATE and the Team that runs the building are so professional, kind, and seem to really care about the residents. Cindy, Terrill, and Ken keep this place in tip top shape, they go above and beyond for the residents and they are very loved by my mom! The residents all look out for each other, get together regularly for great activities and they seem to be one big happy family here! I am so grateful to the staff for making my mother so happy and I am thrilled she is here! Thank you AHEPA 296! You are first class!more ...hide ...
