First they told me that they only had units that did not have a washer and dryer. So we went and got a washer and dryer to find out that they in fact only had units with a washer and dryer. They refused to accommodate the situation after the fact and now we have to pay for storage of these units as well as the monthly cost of the in unit washer and dryer. Also the washer and dryer dont work very well at all and have been replaced by maintenance once already. Our sliding glass door doesnt slide and has not been fixed in the last month so we cant access our porch. our windows wont lock all the way and maintenance said it is what it is. our kitchen faucet wont stop dripping. we have had our plumbing back up 3 times in 6 months. and we had a water leak from the unit above us, leak through our walls on the 1st floor. When I approach the lady in the front office (one with the lazy eye) she is dismissive and very unhelpful and does not do as she says (the other lady has been nothing but helpful to our situation). Also the maintenance workers have been very nice when they have to assist with a problem. and the amenities that they provide have been very disappointing. The water cooler in the gym hasnt worked in months. The sanitation wipes have been empty for months in the gym. The outside grill area has been under construction for over 8 months and still isnt working or complete. 0/10 would not recommend.Follow up: The maintenance people came and tried to take care of what they could. They were nice people but they still didnt get the work completed. The sliding glass door hardly moves still and now there is a gap of sunlight so that bugs can get in freely. There are water stains on my celling and they just said that its not leaking anymore and left. If you work nights DO NOT rent a unit. they will do work Monday-Saturday 8-5 and will not work with your sleep schedule. So if you work nights good luck! worst experience ever.more ...hide ...
