upper 700 to 800 I have never been evicted or foreclosed on or any type of negative thing with any landlord My voucher is through the Tampa Housing authority where we reside and I have multiple workers there that will vouch for me and saying that I am worthy of getting a home and have been on the wait list for a long time once approved we have been facing no availability issues My son goes to Sickles High School as we are coming from the Citrus Park area so I would love to stay near his school anywhere from Oldsmar to Citrus Park Town and Country and Carrollwood but we would be appreciative of any home that we are granted and blessed by getting I will consider your home my home and I will treat it as such I039m not a type of tenant that complains much or ever if at all and I would love for you to have comfort knowing that I will treat your property as my own while living there and when
leaving we039ll make sure it039s returned to you and the exact condition I rented it at Tampa Housing authority does say they will help me out with the deposit and movein fees if the landlord is willing to work with their process for that but if not I will still be okay with a landlord
that does not Thank you for taking the time to read this and as stated can give contact info for the workers at Tampa Housing authority that will tell you that many of them there are trying to help me first we are just running into an availability issue Again thank you and me and my son would be very grateful and blessed to live in your home Also apartment townhome or home style does not matter neither does the floor which it039s on and no extra amenities are needed as far as disability My voucher was from December 8th through April 8th but looking to move in to a home by Beginning of March 2022 but have already been approved for extensions if needed Please contact me email off phone number provided so myself and my housing navigator can come see your beautiful property Todaymore ...hide ...

I would not advise anyone to live at a complex owned by McKinley Hyde Park; I would rate their company and maintenance/management teams zero stars if possible. I've resided in Westshore Flats II for almost one year, and I would not advise anyone to live at a complex owned by McKinley Hyde Park; I would rate their company and maintenance/management teams zero stars if possible. I've resided in Westshore Flats II for almost one year, and whenever I submit a request for maintenance it takes two weeks or more to fix the problem. My most recent issue (closet shelves breaking and falling on the floor) was reported on February 19th but marked complete in the system with a date of February 21st--without me even mentioning it! Management eventually reached out after my comment, so I scheduled an appointment for April 21st for them to address this matter. However, no one showed up despite the appointment; they don't have a key either (even though it's been using same locks since move-in). This is unacceptable behavior from management and maintenance teams; we pay all this rent yet receive terrible service in return. Not to mention they send out rent reminders almost every other day during first week of month because they want money--yet can't even fix our minor issues so we can feel at home.more ...hide ...
