There are great amenities such as a walkway along the lake with picnic area, salt-water heated pool and game room overlooking the lake, two story units that are completely new when you move in. Additionally, basic cable and periodic bug control comes with rent and maintenance staff is available if anything goes wrong-- making it safe for tenants since they don't allow any low-life person to move in. Candice believes it would be beneficial if every church provided places like this to help with homeless crisis. Furthermore, there's bus access nearby plus Publix and Largo Mall within one mile distance also laundry building on site for residents' convenience-- truly a God-sent gift! more ... hide ...
