2022-04-06T23:55:37ZI have lived here for going on 6 years In the beginning my friends and family were scared to come to my apartment because of all the activity here Then came Michelle and even having ups and downs throughout my stay she has been more then understandin I have lived here for going on 6 years In the beginning my friends and family were scared to come to my apartment because of all the activity here Then came Michelle and even having ups and downs throughout my stay she has been more then understanding and helpful That woman would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need The grounds are well maintained and there are constant improvements happening to make this a better community I am very grateful to be able to stay here with my 3 children and not be worried about our safety Our apartment is so much nicer than it was when I first moved in with new carpet flooring paint and appliances The laundry room used to be a dump that no one wanted to use and now it looks amazing and I love doing my laundry here Michelle even leaves laundry soap for tenants that may not be able to afford it at the time This place has really turned around and even though it is hard to follow the rules sometimes they are set in place out of concern and respect of all the tenants Now if only a new park would be put in I think that would top the cake lol more ...

2022-02-14T15:54:39ZI have been living here for a very long time and i would have to say that Michelle is the best property manager that has been here She is always making sure everything is taken care of and taking care of her residents the property is quiet and clean
