For several years I have been trying to get one of the few one-bedroom units that were damaged by the hurricane in our area, and wanted to submit paperwork in the meantime. Despite going to the office multiple times during the posted hours of operation, the door is always locked and no one answers the phone. With my limited disability benefits, I have no choice but to remain dependent on my family and spend my income on food for the three of us and house upkeep.
