Family lives here and Jeff the manager does a great job of taking care of things. They have maintenance men on staff 40 hours a week and they also do a great job. Very clean facility. Very clean facility. My family member lived in a different building and it was poorly ran, dirty and just not a good place. People need to be appreciative of Goodwill allowing this property to be a HUD property. Many properties are not HUD anymore and there are very few buildings for low income seniors to live.
