When I had to choose an apartment, they were disorganized and told me nothing was available for six or more months, only to call me the next day and demand that I moved in the following week or they would not hold the unit for me. The rent price changed three times and the move in date was also changed three times, causing me a lot of stress. To make payments, you must mail out a cashiers check by the 26th, or you will be charged $55 in late fees. The office personnel have very little knowledge about documents. I regret signing the lease, as this place is obviously a money-trafficking scam. Do not live here - I have heard the maintenance staff tell the towing company to just "tow the hell out of it" without informing the residents. I could continue to talk about how unprofessional and horrible this place is, but I believe the message is clear.
