Bren informed me of the steps to become a tenant, but was eager to tell me that there were no vacancies at the moment due to an eviction in process. What disturbed me about our interaction was Bren's insistence to share the tenant's personal matters, such as the tenant being a 50 year old woman living with her 25 year old son, his baby mama, and a child, as well as a cat. This unprofessional conduct is why I chose not to fill out the application. I hope the necessary representatives take this information into account and speak with Bren about the importance of being more professional when potential residents arrive.
