I would give this place zero stars if I could. It is full of mice and when I tell the rental office, all they do is put a sticky trap on the ground - as if that will catch them all. Nobody knew I was moving in, as the lady dealing with that had quit I would give this place zero stars if I could. Nobody knew I was moving in, as the lady dealing with that had quit and when I did move in I had to wait two days for a refrigerator. The layout is nice, but there are far too many problems with pests such as mice, roaches, spiders, ants and even slugs. Despite me keeping my home as clean as possible with two small kids, the office won't get a proper exterminator in and just put down more sticky traps. I have the worst of it, being on the border of the fence. I am counting down the days until my lease is up - the maintenance man was supposed to come and fill the holes the mice chewed through but it has been ignored by the rental office despite me calling them numerous times. I tried to seal the holes up but the mice just chew through again. I wouldn't recommend anyone move here. more ... hide ...
