I am a resident and I have experienced rental office workers not file nor put my renewal paperwork in so they put me on a month to month lease, I ask for the manager at the rental office and she says shes going to handle it, but she doesnt and I receive notices and court papers on my door saying I owe and Ive never been late on my rent. The manager gets smart with you. This is the worst! I think rental office workers,managers and corporate individuals need to have a meeting and make some serious changes in their staff and how they do things when it comes to respect and they do there work. more ... hide ...
