Heritage Senior Living and its administrator Jordan and employees have been superb to collaborate with. We have no ties to the person we admitted on May 20, 2021, but he is a very close friend who has no local family to assist him with his care. He had declined drastically in the months before he consented to go to Heritage Senior Living. He never married and had lived on his own for all of his adult life. He became very disheveled and very dirty. Jordan welcomed us the morning of his admission and took him straight to the shower to clean him himself, which we thought was very compassionate! We are thankful that he is kept clean, fed, and monitored. He has also appreciated the possibility to have his friends visit in a nice place since they could not visit his house. He seems to have become friends with the personnel and other residents.
I have been engaged in the financing of nursing home mergers and acquisitions for over thirty years and have inspected hundreds of nursing homes in the US and Europe. I can assert with assurance that Heritage Senior Living center is one of the best facilities that I have seen. Heritage Senior Living stands out for its facility quality, tidiness, its administrative personnel, and especially the kind, caring, and sympathetic caretakers! We are lucky to have a place of this caliber for our beloved ones in our community. Thank you to Jordan and everyone at Heritage Senior Living!
Sincerely, Ken Holloway, Grace, Idmore ...hide ...
