I am very interested in renting there but I can never reach anyone because the phone has restrictions and cant be completed

We have no experience here Just wanted to drop some advice to those who have mold issues 1 spray bottle 14 bleach 34 cold water shake and then spray on mold let sit for a few hours and wipe away Its as simple as that
