I really enjoyed living at 510 W Belmont Overall I found that it was great value for the amount that I was payingnnThe management and other staff maintenance security etc are all fantastic and quick to help with any issues Though the building is olde I really enjoyed living at 510 W Belmont Overall I found that it was great value for the amount that I was payingnnThe management and other staff maintenance security etc are all fantastic and quick to help with any issues Though the building is older the unit I was in was redone with new appliances making it feel really nice The unit wasnt soundproof so I could hear my neighbours TVnnThe only callout is that I did not have insuite laundry so I had to use the communal laundry Often the machines were down or they were all full usually on Sunday evenings which is understandable which was a little time consuming more ... hide ...

IN the beginning not so nice but later on a new company took over and made it first classevery inch of the building from electrical plumbing pipes thruout and upgraded my apartment frontroomkitchen bathroom excellent

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Apartment 510 was So dirty and disgusting DO NOT RENT ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN i would rather have stayed at a rundown shack then ever step foot into this building again 1 The apartment reaked of mold the minute you opened the door AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Apartment 510 was So dirty and disgusting DO NOT RENT ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN i would rather have stayed at a rundown shack then ever step foot into this building again 1 The apartment reaked of mold the minute you opened the door lookedup at the vents and yup spotted mold we have a 15 month old and a 2 month old I was scared to set them on the floor With good reason my daughter came with white socks and left with grey almost black socksThe carpet looks like it has never been cleaned with huge stains everywhere Including a pee stain next to the dresser The chairs at the table all were missing the foot rests but still had the screws sticking out The blinds fell apart the minute you opened them We discovered this must happen alot because there was a pile of blinds in the closet I dont think the apartment has ever been dusted The cable box didnt work because the owners were so cheap they didnt replace the electric cord instead they used electrical tape to hold it together ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING more ... hide ...
